Net sales for the three months ended September 30, 2009 were $7,460,000 compared to $8,521,000 in the comparable prior year period, a decrease of $1,061,000 or 12.5%. Net sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2009 were $19,703,000 compared to $27,248,000 in the comparable prior year period, a decrease of $7,545,000 or 27.7%.
