NEW YORK, NY, and MONTREAL, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., and partner -ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT), announced that Richard Howarth has been appointed Technical Director.
Mr. Howarth received his B.Sc., in Applied Chemistry of Polymers in 1971 from Manchester, Polytechnic in the UK. He is currently the Senior Technologist at Bombardier Aerospace, and has been with Bombardier for the past 28 years.
