There is a newish group called J Street, which is a left-liberal American Jewish organization, meant to counter the traditional Jewish organizations, which it considers too hawkish. J Street's slogan is "Pro-Israel, Pro-Peace," which may raise the question, "Who among Israel's supporters is not pro-peace?" At any rate, J Street's university arm has dropped the "Pro-Israel" part, because it is too much of a turnoff to its core constituency. J Street is against sanctions on Iran, okay with the Goldstone Report, and so on.
