Bank of New York Mellon (BNY) Asset Management announced today the complete and partial-stake acquisitions of two asset management firms.
BNY Asset Management, which is the "umbrella organization" of BNY Mellon's investment management and global distribution companies, has obtained London-based Insight Investment Management Limited and a 20% minority interest in New York, N.Y.-based private equity firm: Siguler Gulf and Company, a press release said today.
