FORMER premier Ebrahim Rasool and ANC MPL Max Ozinsky have clashed over Ozinsky's alleged involvement in leaking information to the Democratic Alliance.

Last month, Premier Helen Zille said Ozinsky and former ANC provincial chairman Mcebisi Skwatsha had passed information to DA MPLs during Rasool's tenure.

Zille said this after Ozinsky questioned her about her administration's intentions for the Social Transformation Project - launched by Rasool's administration to tackle social problems in 27 vulnerable townships.

Ozinsky wanted to know why the DA, then the opposition, was critical of the project.
