WYOMISSING, Pa., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VIST Financial Corp. ("Company") today announced that it will amend its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008 and Forms 10-Q for the periods ended March 31, 2009 and June 30, 2009 to revise the fair value on certain Junior Subordinated Debentures and cash flow hedges related to those debentures. VIST will reflect similar adjustments in its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.
