VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov 9, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Gold Hawk Resources Inc. ("Gold Hawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CGK) announces that Rene Galipeau has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
The Company thanks Mr. Galipeau for his contributions to Gold Hawk, particularly in his role on the Audit Committee, and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
