WORK on a state-of-the-art new sports complex on the former Ravenscraig steelworks site has reached the halfway stage and the iconic structure is fast changing how the 'new town' looks.
The Times & Speaker received a tour of the new [pounds sterling]31 million project and saw first hand the spectacular site which will be a key venue for the International Children's Games which will be held in Lanarkshire in 2011.
