The Federal Government has injected over N7 billion for the provision of facilities for effective delivery of air navigation services by Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), as part of measures to make the nation's airspace safer.
Among projects already approved by the Federal Executive Council (FEC) are the Total VHF Radio coverage of the entire airspace, World Geodetic Survey (WGS-84), automation of AeronauticalInformation Services (AIS)and maintenance of the new radar system with the foreign firm.
