Oil services giant Halliburton Co. has been awarded an integrated turnkey drilling contract in Saudi Arabia.

Under the five-year contract, awarded by Saudi Aramco, Houston-based Halliburton (NYSE: HAL) will provide drilling rigs and associated services, including engineering and management of the entire drilling operations in South Ghawar.

The project is expected to include three to four rigs and to involve 153 to 185 wells.
