Kuna City Council members will hear protests to the local improvement district assessments beginning Monday, Nov. 9. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 763 W. Avalon St.
If necessary, City Council members will meet again on Tuesday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 11, again starting at 6 p.m., to hear more testimony.
Last month, the city sent out preliminary assessment notices to all owners of every parcel of property within the local improvement district, detailing the parcel number, the primary owner, the address, the legal description, acreage, number of sewer connections and the assessment.
