Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. s Texarkana, Ark., plant continues to rack up honors, this time earning the U.S. Department of Energy s (DOE) Energy Saver award.
The Texarkana facility was one of 93 nationwide to merit an Energy Saver award, presented Nov. 5 by the DOE at the World Energy Engineering Congress in Washington.
