American Century Investments, an American asset management group, has launched a range of four funds for the British retail market.
The Concentrated Global Equity, Concentrated US Growth Equity, Global Growth Equity and US Growth Equity funds are structured as Ucits III Luxembourg-domiciled Sicavs.
The US Growth Equity fund, managed by Gregory Woodhams and Prescott LeGard, seeks to outperform the MSCI Russell 1000 index. The fund's investment philosophy is that accelerating growth in earnings and revenues is more highly correlated to stock price performance than the absolute level of growth.
