Fund managers are keeping faith in British equities despite predicting anaemic growth for the stockmarket and the economy in the next few years.
As cautious managed and absolute return funds begin to take over from corporate bond vehicles as the most popular sellers on fund platforms, perhaps this is a sign that investors are once again willing to take a long-term view on equities.
