JAKARTA, Nov 10 Asia pulse - National flag carrier PT Garuda Indonesia is make an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on 40 per cent of its equity in the first semester of 2010, the company`s chief said.
"(Garuda Indonesia ) is now in the process of preparing to make an IPO, including the appointment of an underwriter," Garuda President Director Emirsyah Satar here on Monday.
Satar made the statement after the inauguration of Garuda`s two new airplanes, Airbus 330-200 and Boeing 737-800 Next Generation types, at Soekarno Hatta international airport.
