MELBOURNE, Nov 10 Asia Pulse - The Australian share market was up more than one per cent at noon, as a broad-based rally took hold following gains on overseas markets.

At 1200 AEDT the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 64.7 points, or 1.38 per cent, at 4,739.6 points, while the broader All Ordinaries index had risen 64.3 points, or 1.37 per cent, to 4,750.8 points.

On the Sydney Futures Exchange, the December share price index contract was 67 points higher at 4,751 on a volume of 16,766 contracts.

CommSec market analyst, Juliette Saly said the market had fallen from morning highs heading into noon.
