ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) will manage global print operations at Ingersoll Rand, saving the diversified industrial firm millions by better managing company-wide print spend.
The nine-year Enterprise Print Services (EPS) contract brings multiple output devices, print budgets and vendor support systems under Xerox management. As a result, Ingersoll Rand expects to reduce operational costs by up to 30 percent and improve productivity with faster, easier ways to manage the volume of documents - invoices, service agreements, product manuals and marketing materials - for its diverse base of commercial and industrial customers.
