JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, the equity administration business of BNY Mellon, the global leader in asset management and securities servicing, has been appointed depositary in connection with the tender offer for common stock of GenTek Inc. by ASP GT Acquisition Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of investment funds managed by American Securities LLC.
