Kamaz chief Kogogin to replace Aleshin on Avtovaz board

MOSCOW. Nov 9 (Interfax) - Sergei Kogogin, the head of Russian truck maker Kamaz (RTS: KMAZ), will replace Boris Aleshin, the former president of Avtovaz (RTS: AVAZ), on the carmaker's board of directors.

Aleshin was replaced in the top job at Avtovaz by Igor Komarov, who is not a candidate for a seat on the board of directors.

Avtovaz shareholders will elect a new board of directors at an extraordinary meeting on November 20. The results of the election are a foregone conclusion, as there are exactly 12 candidates for the 12 seats, according to materials prepared for the meeting obtained ...
