SHORT of grabbing the microphone on the table in front of him and belting out My Way, Andy Robinson could not have made a bigger statement of intent when he named his first-ever Scotland team for the Fiji game at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Forget any crowd-pleasing selections or players being in his team on past reputations alone. Under the new Scotland coach, only the strong, and the talented, will survive.
If he has to ruffle a few feathers along the way, then so be it.
Robinson will do things his way and he doesn't intend to have any regrets, not even a few, about how he goes about his business.
