GridPoint, Inc., a smart grid company, said that it has acquired ADMMicro, a provider of energy management systems for the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
In a release, the Company noted that the acquisition extends its smart grid solutions to a broader customer base, further strengthening the company's commitment to transform the distribution and consumption of electricity.
