MALAYSIA attracted US$46.8 million (RM158.18 million) worth of investments from the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC), out of the total US$3.4 billion (RM11.49 billion) foreign investments in the first eight months of the year.
Major projects came from Iran (US$42.9 million or RM145 million), Turkey (US$2.8 million or RM9.46 million), Indonesia (US$0.6 million or RM2.03 million) and Egypt (US$0.3 million or RM1.01 million).
