Republic Airways Holding Inc. said Tuesday it would consolidate operations, bringing jobs to Milwaukee, while cutting jobs in Denver and Las Cruces, N.M.
The company is expected to bring up to 400 jobs from Denver and Las Cruces to Wisconsin, Chief Executive Officer Bryan Bedford said, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported Tuesday.
Republic bought Midwest Airlines, based in Milwaukee, on July 31. Two months later, it bought Frontier Airlines, which is based in Denver.
