The big story: Voters statewide decided they liked the prospect of four casinos in Ohio, including one in Cleveland, and voters in Cuyahoga County decided they really didn't like the current form of county government. The passage of Issue 3 legalizing casinos, and of Issue 6 creating a county executive position and an 11-member county council to replace the three commissioners and seven other elected county officials, were the big developments in last week's elections.
