TWO vicious murders in wartime Cardiff and the case of a Polish miner was robbed and stabbed 44 times in Aberdare, are among 28 historic murders South Wales Police has revealed it is reviewing.
Following a Freedom of Information Act request the force has published details of all the "cold cases" that are being kept open.
South Wales Police has a five-strong review team based in Cowbridge which looks at the work of major crime teams across the region and re-investigates cold cases.
