It was only by chance that David Collins came across the advert for Hill Farm in Middleton, North Warwickshire, back in 2002.
He was meeting his sister in a coffee shop and when he noticed a paper open on the table showing a farm for sale for potential development into five houses.
David saw the opportunity to develop a single property on a somewhat more aweinspiring scale.
