A CANDIDATE running in the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) elections believes he is being discriminated against following a call from other contestants to throw out his nomination.
Bahraini businessman Mohammad Sajid Sheikh believes that because he is of Pakistan origin other nominees are making up rumours to get him dropped.
Allegations against him came to light when candidates gathered for a meeting with the election committee at the BCCI in Sanabis yesterday.
