GRAFTON - Michelle Perra said the first thing she loves about her new energy-efficient, 2,700-square-foot home is its builder, WGB Homes.
Mrs. Perra described the family business founded and led by William G. Burrill as "nice, honest, fair people" who didn't make problems, the antithesis of what she heard about building a new home.
Mrs. Perra, her husband, Craig, and their two children have lived in the 91-lot Brookmeadow Village in the southern part of town since June 2008.
