BROOKFIELD - Amid a rousing chorus of cheers from the frog pond, Joe Gillmeister of Brookfield led the way down the trail that he and others had cleared to the footbridge he built as part of his Eagle Scout project.
While the noises made by the frogs may have only sounded like cheers, Joe's project was praised for real by Bonnie Keefe-Layden, CEO of Rehabilitative Resources Inc., a provider of services for people living with developmental disabilities.
