BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Central European Distribution Corporation ("CEDC" or the "Company") today announced that it has commenced a public offering (the "Offering") of 9,500,000 shares of its common stock. The underwriters have been granted an option by the Company to purchase up to an additional 950,000 shares.
