ATLANTA -- Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE: NWL) today announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on the company's common stock. On an annual basis, this is an indicated rate of $0.20. The dividend is payable December 15, 2009, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2009.
