OTTAWA, ONTARIO, Nov 12, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Calian Technologies Ltd. (TSX:CTY) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. In addition, the Company declared the payment of a special dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividends are payable December 9, 2009 to shareholders of record as of November 25, 2009. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.
