A YOUNG Birmingham apprentice is celebrating after becoming one of the first apprentices on the prestigious new Library of Birmingham project!
Louis Inverary from Castle Vale is one of the first youngsters to take up an apprenticeship, following an innovative partnership between Birmingham City Council's Employment Access Team (EAT) and construction partner Carillion plc.
Thanks to the agreement, young local people are being given a great chance to access 250 new job opportunities and at least 25 apprenticeships on the exciting new project.
