Nov 12, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A number of experienced bankers will advise the Federal Government on how to implement its vision of Australia as a financial services hub. Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has appointed Mark Johnson, formerly of Macquarie Bank, as head of the Australian Financial Centre Forum. The panel also includes Paul Binstead, Patricia Cross, Craig Dunn, John Story, Jeremy Duffield and Alf Capito.
