Nov 12, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Caltex CEO, Julian Segal, has suggested that the group would consider building a LNG plant at its Lytton refinery. Segal said the refinery, which is located on the Brisbane River, was ideally suited to such a development, although he said the company was yet to make a final decision on the proposal.
