DENVER, Nov. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Uranium International Corp. ("Uranium International") (BULLETIN BOARD: URNI) has entered into a formal Option Agreement with Geoforum Scandinavia AB, (the "Optionor") for exclusive options to acquire a 100% interest in four mineral properties in Sweden, subject to a 3% NSR royalty .
According to the terms of the Option Agreement, Uranium International will acquire a lease option in the Laisback Property, the Sil ("Pustaberget") Property, the Langtrask Property, and the Ravaberget Property (collectively called the "Properties") located in the Kingdom of Sweden, including all rights, licenses, and permits.
