CI Capital Partners LLC ("CI Capital"), a New York-based private equity firm, announced that A-T Solutions, Inc., an industry-leading anti- and counterterrorism professional services firm, and American Residential Services L.L.C. (ARS), a provider of air conditioning, heating, indoor air quality, plumbing, drain cleaning and sewer line services across the United States, have each completed acquisitions.
