An administrative action initiated by the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC) and American Chiropractic Association (ACA), with the New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance (DOBI) against Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey concluded by the Department's recent ruling ordering Horizon to cease and desist from globally bundling Evaluation and Management (E&M) and Physical Therapeutic Services into Chiropractic Manipulative Treatment (CMT) Services.
