Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) announced that Richard Bock, M.D. has been promoted from medical director to chief medical officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of California. Dr. Bock will be responsible for oversight of the medical management functions of Molina Healthcare of California, including utilization management, quality improvement, credentialing, pharmacy, health education, and risk management activities (see also Molina Healthcare, Inc.).
