The Oncology R&D Unit of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) has entered into a new research alliance agreement with US Oncology, Inc., a nationwide cancer care company supporting the largest community-based research network specializing in Phase I-IV oncology clinical trials in the United States. The collaboration, announced, is aimed at enhancing the quality and improving the execution time of some of GSK's most important clinical trials.
