Tributary Systems, Inc., a global leader in storage solutions for high availability computing platforms, announced that they have acquired the Storage Director business from Gresham Enterprise Storage, the U.S. subsidiary of Gresham Computing, plc (GHT - London Stock Exchange) effective October 16, 2009. The transaction includes the Storage Director technology, product and related assets.
