American Transmission Co. recently signed contracts with two nationally recognized construction services firms for transmission line and substation work. Construction work will be divided evenly between Pennsylvania-based Henkels & McCoy, which will provide services primarily in ATC's southern territory, and MJ Electric, a Quanta Services (NYSE: PWR) company, which will support projects in northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
