"Loop restoration scheme (LRS) is a special feeder automation (FA) scheme, which is used by utilities to improve distribution system reliability. The LRS is controlled and managed by its automatic control system (ACS)," scientists writing in the journal Iet Generation Transmission & Distribution report.
