Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced it has expanded its e-commerce agreement with Logitech, the well-known manufacturer of innovative personal peripherals. Digital River has launched 17 European online stores for Logitech in addition to the North American e-commerce store that it has managed since 1999. Digital River now handles online consumer sales and ensures physical product fulfillment of Logitech's PC, gaming, Internet, digital music and home-entertainment personal peripherals on both continents.
