Motorola, Inc.'s (NYSE:MOT) Home & Networks Mobility business announced that it has shipped its 10,000th 802.16e WiMAX Access Point (WAP) base site. This milestone shipment represents a more than 40 percent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since Motorola's first WiMAX access points were shipped in 2007, and adds to Motorola's continued momentum in delivering WiMAX solutions and winning contracts with operators world wide.
