Article: Nation's Chains Recognize Entergy for Outstanding Customer Service.

The nation's leading chains and multisite businesses today named Entergy Corporation a winner of Edison Electric Institute's 2009 National Key Accounts Customer Service Awards program. Entergy was recognized for outstanding service in two of the three areas chains believe to be critical - Overall Excellence and Communication During Emergencies.

The awards were presented during the National Key Accounts Fall Workshop in Desert Springs, Calif.

The Overall Excellence award was presented to Entergy for the 11th time. The award recognizes electric utilities that demonstrate up and down the chain of command that all customers are a priority.
