Ocean Tomo, LLC, the Chicago based Intellectual Capital Merchant Banc[R] firm and provider of diversified intellectual property-related services, announced the annual reconstitution of the Ocean Tomo 300[R] Patent Index, (NYSE Euronext: OTPAT).
