Allan Singer has been named Executive Vice President of Distribution and Strategy for OWN: THE OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK. It was announced by Christina Norman, Chief Executive Officer of OWN, to whom he will report.
In his new role, Mr. Singer will lead the content distribution and sales strategy for OWN. Mr. Singer comes to OWN from Comcast where he served as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisition. Based in Los Angeles, he begins on November 2.
