Codexis, Inc. announced that Robert Lawson has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lawson will have responsibility for the company's financial, accounting and information technology operations. He will report to Alan Shaw, Ph.D., President and CEO.
Mr. Lawson joins Codexis from Intuit, where he was Vice President, Finance-Consumer Group. In that role, he provided operating financial support for the TurboTax and Quicken product lines, which generated over $1 billion in revenues in fiscal 2009.
