The Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP, www.garp.org) announced that, working through its Partnership for Risk Education, it has formed a unique collaboration with Tulane University's A. B. Freeman School of Business to launch the first graduate program in financial risk management that awards a Masters Degree while preparing students to take the Financial Risk Manager (FRM[R]) examinations for FRM certification.
